Financial Options

Huntsville Reproductive Medicine’s policy requires patients to provide a credit card at the time of their initial consultation. We will hold that information securely until insurance has paid its portion and notified us of the patient’s portion. Your credit card will never be charged until after insurance has paid. We will also notify patients of any charge over $200.00 that may be applied to your credit card. All co-pays will be collected at the time of the visit.

Patients who do not have a credit card may be required to pay a $200.00 cash “escrow” that will be used to pay any remaining balances after insurance has paid their portion.
